A leading Healthcare & Homecare Company in Dubai is looking for qualified and patient-focused Home Visit Doctors to join our growing team.
Position: Home Visit Doctor -Male / Female (DHA-Must )
Preferred Candidates:
Own Visa / Dependent Visa Holders
Male or Female Candidates
Multilingual Speakers Preferred
Strong Communication & Patient Care Skills
UAE Healthcare Experience is an Advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visit consultations and basic clinical assessments.
- Evaluate patient symptoms, medical history, and healthcare needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide treatment recommendations in accordance with medical guidelines.
- Coordinate with nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide medical consultations via phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Assist patients and families in understanding healthcare and homecare services.
- Recommend suitable services including nursing care, physiotherapy, lab testing, elderly care, and long-term homecare solutions.
- Support appointment bookings and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and medical ethics.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally and compassionately.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training sessions, and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree with relevant licensing/eligibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient consultations effectively.
- Experience in Home Healthcare, Family Medicine, General Practice, or Teleconsultation is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly desirable.
